Beach access is fantastic, just steps away. Rooms are dated, and the parking can be tight. Pool area was clean and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic, just steps from a beautiful beach with a great view. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly. Rooms could use some cosmetic updates and the mattress was uncomfortable. If you're looking for a quiet spot, this place is perfect but expect limited food options nearby.

The Belleair Beach Resort Motel offers an unbeatable location just steps from a stunning, less-crowded beach. Our ocean view room was breathtaking, and we appreciated the extra beach supplies left by previous guests. It truly made for a relaxing stay; I would definitely return!

Staying here was a delight as the beach was just a few meters away, providing a peaceful spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the gentle waves, and with a comfortable room that had a sea view and a kitchen, it was perfect for making coffee in the morning, but the motel could really benefit from some fresh paint and updated linens to enhance the overall experience.

The location is right by the beach and the rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth it.

Stunning location, stunning beach with easy access to sand and water just seconds away from your room, allowing you to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of Belleair Beach while still being close to the lively Clearwater area.

All was good.

Check-in was seamless, with friendly staff making a great first impression. The beachfront room was a dream; opening the curtains revealed stunning views that took my breath away every morning. cleanliness issues marred the stay. Finding a dead roach under the bed and unkempt carpets soured an otherwise lovely atmosphere. The strict rules felt off-putting, especially when asked to leave promptly at check-out. Pool hours ended too early for my liking, making it hard to relax. Still, the beach access was unbeatable, and I appreciate the effort to maintain a peaceful environment despite the shortcomings.

The key card situation was a nightmare! We kept getting locked out of our room, and when we finally got help, it took forever. Waiting in the dark was uncomfortable, and the staff was rude about it.

The room was immaculate, with a lovely scent that welcomed us. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. It had a great view of the Gulf, and we appreciated the direct beach access. the kitchen was minimally equipped, with only the essentials. While we enjoyed the peaceful environment, the temperature control in the room could have been more effective. The noise level was low, which contributed to a restful stay, but the parking spots felt tight. A little more attention to kitchen supplies would enhance the experience.

The location is superb. You can't beat the proximity to the beach. Only a short walk, with chairs provided, made our time enjoyable. The retro, yet updated decor was charming; the beds were incredibly comfortable. cleanliness needs attention. Dust was everywhere, and we found leftover popcorn on the bathroom floor. This can't be overlooked. Staff were courteous and responsive, but inflexibility regarding restroom access was frustrating. Amenities are limited, so adjust your expectations. Quiet and private, it’s ideal for a couple's getaway. Just consider that it's not a full-service resort. A little more attention to cleanliness and service would elevate the experience significantly.

The beach access is spot on, making sunset views a daily treat. The staff at the front desk treats you like family and the heated pool is a nice touch for evening dips.

Key card issues were a major buzzkill.

Private beach, outdoor pool, free parking, and BBQ facilities make it posh for sunbathing. Excellent service and amenities. I took full advantage of the nearby Sand Key and Pier 60 parks, showing off my sunhat collection.

I loved feeling like a rule-abiding schoolkid due to the plethora of restrictions.

The location of Belleair Beach was fantastic, close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The private beach was perfect for a relaxing day under the sun, and the pool area was nice and clean. The staff, especially Laura at the front desk, was super helpful and friendly. there were a few things that could be improved. The room we stayed in was clean overall, but the bathroom and kitchen areas were a bit lacking in terms of cleanliness. We also found the pillows to be quite flat, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Belleair Beach was a good choice for a short getaway due to its location and price. If they could pay a bit more attention to detail in cleaning and upgrade the bedding, it would be an even better stay. Oh, and one more thing, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which made it a bit challenging for us to work remotely. That's our experience at Belleair Beach, hope it helps you in making your own decision!

Our family had a blast at Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise, just a short distance from the motel. We also enjoyed thrilling activities like parasailing and surfing right by the property.

My kids wished for a designated children's play area.

Had a fantastic xmas stay at a spot right on the beach. Loved the comfy beach lounges and beautiful sea view. The room was a good size and had a working air conditioning - perfect for relaxation. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making the stay even better.

The rooms did not all face the water, so ensure to request a room with a view if that's important to you. The beds were too firm for our liking, affecting our comfort.

The location of the motel was superb, offering a private and secluded spot right by the water, with comfortable and updated amenities. Situated between residential condos, the area was quiet and not crowded, making for a relaxing stay. The efficiency kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our trip.

We hit up Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise and caught some epic waves while surfing! The location was dope, close to all the rad adventures. Beach chillin' was on point with the homies!

Would've been even more lit if there was a beach bonfire pit for late-night vibes! 🔥.

The beachside location and family-oriented environment were fantastic. The clean room with a small kitchenette was convenient, and the pool and grill area added to the fun. The proximity to Clearwater, Largo, and St. Pete was also a plus, making it easy to explore the area.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints whatsoever.

Staying at this charming motel was a delight. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The motel's location was perfect, right next to the beach, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and a private beach experience. The outdoor dining area and pool added to our enjoyment. We had a wonderful family vacation and will definitely be coming back.

Minor rust on the shower curtain rod and shower head.

I chose Belleair Beach Resort Motel because of its convenient location near Sand Key Park. The laundry facilities provided were unexpectedly convenient, and the on-site barbecue facilities were a delightful bonus during my stay.

Parking restrictions for guests and the early pool closure were minor inconveniences.
